Your profile
- Completed degree in architecture (B.A./M.A.)
- At least 8 – 10 years of professional experience, especially in coordinating with specialist planners, companies, and external parties as well as in execution and detailed planning
- Confident in construction cost management
- Experience in all work phases (HOAI)
- Ideally authorised to submit building documents
- Very good knowledge of Revit and BIM
- Independent and systematic way of working
- Enthusiasm for the profession and willingness to learn
- Sound knowledge in architectural detailing across all trades and resulting ability in independent development of feasible solutions
- Very good knowledge of German, at least C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages
Your tasks
- Independent coordination/coordination with specialist planners, companies and external parties involved
- BIM/Revit – processing of design, approval, and implementation planning (LP 3 – 7) for demanding projects in industrial and infrastructure construction
- Support with the tendering and awarding of construction services
- Preparation of cost calculations in accordance with DIN 276
