Your responsibilities
- You will obtain quotations and handle the purchasing and negotiation of supplier and subcontractor services.
- You will carry out basic commercial tasks, such as processing invoices, invoicing and assisting with the invoicing of services rendered.
- You will accompany commercially exciting projects and play a key role in their successful realisation.
- You will be responsible for project-related calculations.
Your Profile
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (e.g. office management assistant, industrial clerk)
- Ideally, you have initial commercial experience in the billing of planning services in accordance with HOAI
- You have very good knowledge of the common MS Office applications, in particular Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Business fluent in written and spoken German
- You are characterised by a good understanding of figures and negotiating skills and have a conscientious and structured way of working
